Elkészítése: A lisztet, a margarint és 20 dkg sajtot összemorzsoljuk. A tejfölt, a tojássárgákat, a sót és a szalakálit összekeverjük, felfuttatjuk, majd a két anyagot összedolgozzuk. Pereceket szúrunk ki, tojásfehérjével megkenjük, sajttal megszórjuk és 150-180 fokon sütjük. Nálunk a családnak ez a kedvenc sajtos sütije, mindig dupla adagból sütöm. Jó étvágyat, és jó sütögetést mindenkinek!
